Adrian Stecyk is a co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Griffin Securities. At Griffin, Adrian focuses on the firm's advisory and banking activities, working with new and established companies with innovative technology. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Adrian served as an engineer Draper Labs, a technology R&D company focused on design, development, and deployment of advanced technological solutions for some of the nation's most challenging problems in security, space, healthcare, energy, and technology. Adrian has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and an M.B.A. in Finance from Boston University.

Chrystyna specializes in business development, strategy, and financing activities that advance companies to key value inflection points and strategic exit. In 2002, Chrystyna launched and helped build the Griffin Research Department, which today provides in-depth research for leading biotechnology, value, and healthcare companies. Thomas J. Mcgahren, M.D., J.D., sENIOR mANAGING dIRECTOR
Dr. Thomas McGahren brings diverse skill sets and expertise to his investment banking and strategic advisory position from his experience as a biotechnology analyst, consultant, attorney, and physician. Prior to Griffin, Tom was a senior director and senior biotech analyst at Merrill Lynch. Prior to Wall Street, Tom was a litigator at the international law firm of Kaye Scholer, where he represented pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, particularly in patent, FDA, and corporate matters. Tom received his M.D. from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, and a B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Colgate University.
